The petitioners being the father-in-law, mother-inlaw and married sister-in-law of the complainant are facing charge under Section 498 A of the IPC.

It is submitted that the anticipatory bail application of the husband of the complainant has been referred to the mediation centre of the Patna High Court vide order dated 06.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25082 of 2017. The husband is ready and willing to live with his wife/complainant after resolving the matrimonial discord. It is also submitted that the petitioners are

In the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made at Bar, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 1st Supaul in connection with Complaint case no.601C of 2015 subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 with the further following condition:- (i) One of the bailors shall be the own/close family member of the petitioners.
