2. Lastly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 08.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57829 of 2022.

3. The report of Trial Court dated 11.06.2024 reveals that out of 10 charge-sheet witnesses, 8 witnesses including official witnesses have been examined and only inquest report witnesses are required to be examined.

4. Having considered the nature of accusation, gravity of offence and progress of the trial, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is again rejected.
