The petitioners are in custody in connection with Special Case No. 1567 of 2019, arising out of Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 73 of 2019, for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.2 has got no criminal antecedent whereas there is one case pending against petitioner no.1. He further submits that the petitioners are in custody since 11.02.2019 in connection with seizure of 108 litres of foreign liquor. Considering the fact that the petitioners are in custody since 11.02.2019, the petitioners, named above, are directed to
