Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

After some argument, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to approach the appropriate authority for release of vehicle, which has been seized by the police in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 234 of 2019.

Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty granted to the petitioner. It goes without saying that if any application is filed before the appropriate authority, then the authority will take decision on the application in accordance with law.
