JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 24-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other accused persons have stopped the pickup van of the informant and also snatched his mobile phone, cash of Rs. 1800/-, stepni and other instruments kept in the vehicle.

The petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.01.2023. Considering the facts aforesaid and the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Hathouri P.S. Case No. 11 of 2023.
