ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Learned counsel for the informant is also present.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/ 323/325/354-B/379/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that there is admittedly land dispute where all the accused petitioners have attacked a hapless lady and have also injured her eye which is a vital part of the body. The further allegation against these petitioners is that they have also unclothed her after attacking her which caused serious injury to her body and which finds recorded in the medical report annexed with the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27034 of 2017 (3) dt.07-07-2017 P2/2 present bail application.

As such, I am not inclined to grant bail to these petitioners. It is, accordingly, rejected.
