Revision No.41 of 2016 against the order dated 23.11.2016 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura arising out of Korma P.S. Case No.64 of 2016 has become infructuous.

In view of the submissions made above, this application is dismissed as infructuous.
