2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajapakar (Baranti) P.S. Case No.479 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 109, 351, 352(2), 103(1) & 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the petitioner along with others started abusing the brother-in-law of the informant, namely, Lotan Choudhary (deceased). It is further submitted that Ramesh Choudhary assaulted with a sharp cutting hasuli on the neck of the deceased which hit on the face and ear. Other accused persons are also alleged to have brutally assaulted the deceased due to which he succumbed to the

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that from perusal of the FIR it is clear that only allegation against the petitioner is that she was the member of the mob which assaulted the deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is allegation of assaulting with sharp cutting weapon on other accused persons and due to which the deceased died. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a lady having no criminal antecedent and she is in judicial custody since 20.12.2025.
5. The application for bail is jointly opposed by learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the Informant and learned counsel for the informant has submitted that from perusal of the FIR it is clear that the petitioner was member of the mob only which assaulted the deceased.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned
