JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 11-05-2015 As has been submitted by the counsel for the University that all the admitted retiral dues, except deferred D.A. of Rs. 22,171/- and Rs. 18,237/- of Group Insurance, have been paid. The counsel for the University submits that in a shortest possible time, the amount of aforesaid D.D.A. and Group Insurance will also be paid.

In view of the submission made at the bar, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that if he has still some grievance, he may file a representation before the

Patna High Court MJC No.4038 of 2011 (8) dt.11-05-2015 2/2 appropriate authority pointing out non-payment of the amount which he is entitled to.
