JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2016 This is an application for modification of order dated 25.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11148 of 2016. Vide order dated 25.04.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 11148 of 2016 the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail and were directed to surrender in the court below within six weeks. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have not surrendered in the court below within the time stipulated in the said order on the ground as mentioned in the present application.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 25.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11148 of 2016 is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall surrender
