Perused the impugned order dated 26.06.2014. If the learned Single Judge has refused to exercise discretion under Article 226 of the Constitution of India keeping in mind the statutory provision and the complete Code, which governs such issue, he has committed no error. Appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.

Patna High Court LPA No.1257 of 2014 dt.28-06-2017 2/2 Dismissal of the appeal, however, will not come in the way of exhausting the remedy provided under Section 29 of the Bihar Hindu Religious Trusts Act.
