Petitioner as well as pillion rider, Rohit Kumar was arrested along with stolen motorcycle and on account thereof, is under custody since 25.12.2018. As is evident from para-3 of the petitioner, petitioners have got no criminal antecedents. Consequent thereupon, petitioners, namely, Amarjeet Kumar @ Alok Kumar @ Chhotu Kumar and Rohit Kumar are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashok Kumar, J.M. 1st Class, Patna in connection with Parsa Bazar PS Case No. 417/2018. perwez (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) U T
