1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition claiming compassionate appointment.

2. A counter affidavit has been filed pointing out that the petitioner is claiming himself as adopted son of the deceased, Government servant, whereas the married daughter of Late Satish Kumar Sinha, has raised objection.

3. It is further stated that the adoption of the petitioner has not been proved by him, nor there is any registered adoption deed in his favour.

4. Keeping in view of the objection raised and that there being a natural born daughter of the deceased, even though
