The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Jokihat P. S. Case No. 41 of 2012 registered under Sections 406, 420, 344, 346, 374/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the fact that in course of investigation, the petitioner has been found innocent and differing with the police report, learned Magistrate took cognizance of the offence, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-V, Araria in
