Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ishakchak P.S.Case No. 121 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 448, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of entering inside the house and assaulting the informant and also snatching of silver chain.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and no overt act has been attributed against them and both sides have received injuries.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M-VI, Bhagalpur, in connection with Ishakchak P.S.Case No. 121 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further conditions that (1) one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and (2) petitioners shall co-operate in investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required, except on genuine ground, failing which their bail bonds shall be cancelled.
