The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 12 of 2023, registered for the offences
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26467 of 2023(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 354, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation, twelve named accused persons including the ten petitioners assaulted the participants (informant's side), who were participating in a birthday party. The specific allegation against petitioner Sujay Gope (petitioner no. 1) is that he assaulted the informant near his right eye. Petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4 assaulted Dinesh Kumar.
The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is case and counter case and the injuries are simple in nature.
Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Patna City, Patna in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 12 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/nirmal U T
