1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(A) A writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order memo no. 993 dated 1.9.2015 issued by the Circle Officer, Amarpur by which the petitioner has been removed from the post of In-charge Principal Head Clerk, Circle Office, Amarpur and in his place Shailendra Kumar has been appointed as InchargePrincipal Head Clerk. (B) For a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to reinstate the petitioner on the post of In-charge Principal Head Clerk, Circle Officer,

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
