The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No.167 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner has got one criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that petitioner is not named in the FIR. During investigation, the apprehended person disclosed the name of the petitioner.

The learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory

Taking into consideration the nature of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
