In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Biroul P.S. Case No.486 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is the husband of the victim.
Allegation has been made against the petitioner that he has killed his wife-victim within one and half year of marriage. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
