Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have made attempt to steal the motorcycle of informant but he was caught on the spot. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 07.11.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
