2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 6.3.2025, passed in Cr.Misc. No.8269/2025 by this Court.

3. Let the description of police station, mentioned in address of the petitioner in the cause title of order dated 6.3.2025, be read as 'P.S. Bettiah Town/Bettiah City' in place of 'P.S. Sathi', subject to deposit of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) in the office of concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.

4. Accordingly, cause title of said order is modified to the extent indicated above.
