The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bettiah (M) Manuapul P.S. Case no. 47 of 2016 registered under sections 341, 323, 379, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the submissions advanced at the Bar that there is case and counter case and the injuries sustained by one Reshma kumari were of simple and superficial in nature, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29058 of 2016 (2) dt.26-07-2016 Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
