The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Chewara P.S. Case No. 6 of 2015 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that after investigation final form has been submitted in the case finding the case to be false. Petitioners are Mother-in-law and Father-in-law of the deceased. As a matter of fact, it is a case of suicide. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37064 of 2017 (2) dt.19-08-2017 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Sheikhpura in connection with Chewara P.S. Case No. 6 of 2015 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
