The petitioner has filed this petition for modification of order dated 08.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.14413 of 2019 after permitting the petitioner to make correction in the prayer portion of the bail petition as in place of "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal", "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad" had been mentioned and on account of which the same mistake also occurred in the aforesaid order dated 08.03.2019. It appears that due to inadvertence, the station of Presiding Officer was mentioned as "Jehanabad" in place of "Arwal" in the bail petition and same mistake also occurred in the order dated 08.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.14413 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22639 of 2019(2) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 2019. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in the prayer portion of the bail petition.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad" be read as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal" in order dated 08.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.14413 of 2019 and the modification application is allowed to the extent and the time for surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for further four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the petitioner surrenders in the court below, he will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned in order dated 08.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.14413 of 2019. Let this order be communicated to the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Complaint Case No.111 of 2018.
