The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 26.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10870 of 2018 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Bhojpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 126 of 2017, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M. Siwan.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertent mistake in the prayer portion of the main anticipatory bail application, the name of the court was mentioned as 'S.D.J.M. Siwan' in place of 'S.D.J.M. Ara, District-Bhojpur'. He further submits that due to such error, petitioner could not surrender in the court below in time and furnish bail bond.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16257 of 2018 (2) dt.22-03-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let in last paragraph of the order dated 26.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10870 of 2018, the name of the court be read as 'S.D.J.M. Ara, District-Bhojpur' in place of 'S.D.J.M. Siwan'. Six weeks' further time is also granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below.

The order dated 26.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10870 of 2018 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is allowed.
