JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 18.02.2019 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 376, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant claims that the petitioner had been raping her since last three years giving threatening to her of dire consequences.

Admittedly, the informant is a major lady and prior to filing of the present case, the petitioner had lodged Makhdumpur P. S. Case No. 64 of 2018 against the informant as well as her husband.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
