JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH) 15-11-2021 The petitioner has a grievance that he has been selected as Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE) of the location Bagheli at base Branch Triveniganj, Punjab National Bank, under Common Service Centre (CSE) Scheme. Upon his selection, the petitioner was asked through a letter dated 15.01.2020, issued by the CSC e-Governance Services India Ltd., to contact the Base Branch Manager along with all KYC

Patna High Court CWJC No.9561 of 2020(2) dt.15-11-2021 2/2 documents as well as police verification reports to open settlement account in the Base Branch for further course of action.

2. It is the petitioner's grievance that despite the fact that he approached the Bank for opening of settlement account as envisaged in the said communication dated 15.01.2020, the Base Branch is not taking any action and opening the said settlement/imprest account.

3. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the Union of India and learned counsel representing the Punjab National Bank.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and the nature of relief, which the petitioner is seeking, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 to take a final decision on the petitioner's representation, which he is said to have made on 01.05.2020 within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
