Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 181, 193, 468, 471, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It would appear from the impugned order that Cr. Misc. no. 39953/2014 was filed for grant of bail but subsequently, it was detected that forged FIR of Fatuha P.S. Case no. 375/2013 as well as forged impugned order dated 3.7.2014 were filed in the aforesaid Cr. Misc. no. 39953/2014.

So far as the petitioner is concerned, petitioner being advocate's clerk identified the deponent of the aforesaid Cr. Misc. no. 39953/2014 and the said deponent is also found to be fake person. Moreover, petitioner does have criminal antecedent of similar nature. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33918 of 2016 (3) dt.22-08-2016 submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in Kotwali P.S. Case no. 174/2015 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna stands rejected.
