This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 80 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 498(A) and 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this application.

This application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
