The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/325/307/379/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and so far as these petitioners are concerned, they are said to have been present there and no overt act has been attributed to them. It is further submitted that there is specific allegation against Satyendra Mahto, not against
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30459 of 2016 (2) dt.17-08-2016 P2/2 these petitioners.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and after consideration of all facts and circumstances including the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar, in connection with Purnahiya P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
