The Administrator of the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, Patna (respondent No.2) is directed to get all the formalities done with respect to payment of interest on CPF amount including filling up of the form of the petitioners and forward the same to the Regional Director of Provident Fund, Patna within a period of one week and the Regional Director of Provident Fund, Patna is directed to ensure make payment of interest on CPF amount to the petitioners forthwith in accordance with law.

3. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
