2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 573 of 2024 arising out of Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 155 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 435, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Later, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have killed the deceased.

4. It has very fairly been submitted by the learned counsel for the informant that out of nine charge-sheeted witnesses, one witness has died and four witnesses have already

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23661 of 2025(4) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 been examined. He further submits that the informant does not want to examine the remaining private witnesses and only official witnesses i.e. the doctor and the I.O. are to be examined.

5. In these circumstances, this application is dismissed with a direction to the concerned Court below to examine the remaining official witnesses and thereafter pass necessary judgment in this case. After judgment, the concerned Court below is directed to send a compliance report to this Court.

6. The aforesaid exercise must be completed witnesses the next two months.

7. List this case after two months for perusal of the report.
