2. This writ application has been filed for directing the respondents to grant graduate trained pay-scale as also pay-scale of Headmaster to the petitioner and to revise his pension for which he is entitled to.

3. In view of the nature of grievance of the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.6932 of 2023(2) dt.18-11-2024 2/2 Programme (Establishment) Officer, Aurangabad, Education Department (Respondent No. 7) with all the supporting documents within a period of six weeks from today.

4. If such, representation is filed by the petitioner within the stipulated time period, Respondent No. 7 shall dispose of the same, after hearing the parties, by a speaking and reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of such representation.

5. Writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
