2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction for implementation of the order dated 17.11.2022 passed by Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Kahalgaon, Bhagalpur in Land Dispute Redressal Case No.86 of 2022-23.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that under the Statute remedy is already available to the petitioner by way of filing application under

Patna High Court CWJC No.6937 of 2023(2) dt.22-09-2023 2/2 Section 15 of the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 (Bihar Act 4 of 2010) for implementation/ execution of the order passed by the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Kahalgaon, Bhagalpur.

4. In this view of the matter, petitioner is directed to avail the remedy under Section 15 of the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 (Bihar Act 4 of 2010) before the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Kahalgaon, Bhagalpur. The Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Kahalgaon, Bhagalpur is directed to take follow up action in the light of law laid down under Section 15 of the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 (Bihar Act 4 of 2010) within 90 days.

5. With this direction, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off.
