20-05-2015 At the very outset, learned AC to GA-3 submits that the present writ petition has become infructuous due to the reason that the writ petition was filed in respect of settlement of Sairat for the year 2010-11. The submission made by learned counsel for the State was not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as the same has become infructious.
