The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Bachhawara P.S. Case No.30 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that when the informant tried to go to his house through road where prosecution side were kept the cot and when a request was made to remove it petitioners' side raised alarm and assaulted mercilessly to the informant's side. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28657 of 2016 (2) dt.28-07-2016 inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if petitioners surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, the court below will pass an order on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order passed by this Court.
