The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Barh P.S.Case No. 23 of 2017 registered under Sections 366 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in which she has named the petitioner as one of the abductors, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.
