JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-09-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of Nalanda Open University.
The only issue involved in the present writ petition is with regard to refund of seat confirmation fee of Rs. 2000/- as well as seat acceptance fee of Rs.1000/- to the petitionerinstitutions which was realized towards admission fee by the Nalanda Open University, the Nodal Agency.
Dr. Anand Kumar, learned appearing on behalf of the University, submits that refund of the aforesaid fee to the petitioner-institutions is under process.
Considering the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondentUniversity to ensure payment of the aforesaid amount to the concerned institutions within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
