The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 3.10.2015 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Sasaram, Rohtas, in Sessions Trial No. 501 of 2013 In the facts of the case, the Trial Court is directed to reconsider its order of not summoning important witnesses such as the Executive and Judicial Magistrate who had held Test Identification Parade of the articles and the accused persons in such a serious case within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
