JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case instituted under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against petitioner is that she along with other accused persons committed murder of daughter of informant on account of non-fulfilment of demand of dowry. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she has got no criminal antecedent. No allegation of tampering of witnesses is alleged against petitioner. Petitioner is Gotni of the deceased. She is separate in mess and property from husband of the deceased. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his/her arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Nautan P.S.
