No. 71490 of 2021 which stood dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 15.11.2022.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he could not appear while the case was called for since he was ill at that time.

The petitioners are directed to deposit Rs. 3000/-(Three Thousands) before District Legal Services

On the ground mentioned in the restoration application, the same is allowed.
