2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks to avail remedy before the District Teachers' Appellate Authority.
3. Considering the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is required to file
Patna High Court CWJC No.7604 of 2020(4) dt.28-01-2025 2/2 Limitation Petition for condonation of delay in filing of the said appeal. The District Teachers' Appellate Authority must consider to condone any delay in filing of the appeal, considering the fact that the entire world was affected by the Covid-19 pandemic and the writ petition was filed in the year 2020 during which period several advisories were issued by the Central Government and the State Government, as well as, by this Court.
4. After condoning the delay, the District Teachers' Appellate Authority is directed to adjudicate the appeal filed on behalf of the petitioner expeditiously, in accordance with law.
5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
