2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 406,420, 67, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Kursakanta P.S. Case No. 192/2017.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the accusation that he obtained appointment as Clerk in the Health Department on the basis of forged documents. There is delay in institution of the FIR on 01.08.2017 for the alleged occurrence of 05.12.2016. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
