1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That by this writ application the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Hon'ble Court, interalia for issuance of direction/directions, writ/writs, order/orders commanding the respondents to re-shift the date of promotion of the petitioner made on the post of Block Extension Educator vide the order dated 1133

(12) dated 31.12.2012 (Annexure-4) of the Director-in-Chief, Health Services, Bihar, Patna to either from the date i.e. 01.02.2000, when first promotion was considered or the date i.e. 01.07.2005, from which date, one of the Juniors was given promotion to that very

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Director-in-Chief, Health Services, Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed, by the petitioner, before the Director-in-Chief, Health Services, Bihar, Patna, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off.
