JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 07-04-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 416 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, accused persons named in the FIR entered into the house of the informant and co-accused Ranjeet Nat @ Ranjeet Kumar inflicted knife blow on the neck of Jitendra Nat. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the co-accused Ranjeet Nat @ Ranjeet Kumar has been granted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34413 of 2021(2) dt.07-04-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 33563 of 2021 vide order dated 04.04.2022, considering the fact that the injuries sustained by Jitendra Nat are simple in nature. So far as the present petitioners are concerned, their case is on better footing than that of the co-accused Ranjeet Nat. Considering these facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Bikramganj (Rohtas) in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 416 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U T
