2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 719/2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

3. The petitioner is a lady who is said to have been involved in an offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event
