Petitioners seek bail in connection with Dariyapur Police Station Case No.136 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial

Two motorcycle borne criminals looted away the informant snatching motorcycle, cash etc. fully detailed in the F.I.R. The looted article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, Kunal Singh. Petitioner, Kunal Singh has got criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 20.12.2018. Considering the nature of material against petitioner, Kunal Singh, I am not inclined to enlarge him on bail. Hence, prayer is refused.

The learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.

Though, petitioner, Sintu Kumar Singh has also got criminal antecedent, however, there is no direct material of involvement of the petitioner in the crime alleged. He is in custody since 18.02.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Hence, let the petitioner, Sintu Kumar Singh, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court
