The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with K. Hat (Moranga) P.S. Case No. 710 of 2014 registered under Sections 363, 366(A) and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of kidnapping of minor daughter of the informant by this petitioner with the help of other accused named in the F.I.R. with intention to perform marriage with her. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in fact, there was love affair in between the daughter of the informant and petitioner. The statement of the victim is recorded under section 164 of the Cr. P.C. on 07.10.2015 in which she specifically stated that she left her house herself and

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Purnea in connection with K. Hat (Moranga) P.S. Case No. 710 of 2014, G.R. No. 4520 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
