JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-07-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2017 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant in his written report has stated that on 24.02.2017, this petitioner and co-accused, namely, Suman Singh came at his place. Co-accused Suman Singh had caught hold him and this petitioner inflicted Farsa blow on his head. From the order of Additional Sessions Judge, 3rd, West Champaran, Bettiah passed in A.B.P. No. 771 of 2017, it appears that the informant sustained injuries measuring 2" x 1" x

Considering the nature of injuries, which was caused by Frasa blow on his head by this petitioner, I am not inclined him to grant anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer of anticipatory bail of this petitioner is rejected. (Sanjay Kumar, J) ajaypd./- U T
