Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 379, 380, 307 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is of commission of assault.

Submission is that petitioners are in custody since 22.11.2018. There is no allegation of repetition of blow. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties
